We aim to process all orders as fast as possible and ship them within 1-3 days. However, during sales or busy periods please allow up to 7 days for processing. We ship US orders from US, EU orders from Germany & Czechia, UK orders from UK and Australian orders from Australia, using only tracked postal services. Thus, our products are delivered quickly and you do not have to deal with extra customs procedures and fees. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number and a link to the tracking website, which will allow you to monitor the parcel's way to your door. In most countries, you will be also able to track it using your local post's website services, using the number provided by us.
✨ We reship orders returned due to incomplete, incorrect, wrong, unknown or missing addresses for a reshipping fee. Refunds/returns or exchanges are accepted only for the following situations.

If your order is lost on the way, or if the shipping company delivers your order to a different address, we will resend the product or products you ordered free of charge and quickly.
🛀 PRINT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We use the newest DGT Technology to print our products. Our water-based inks are organic, 100% non-hazardous, 100% toxin-free, completely vegan-friendly and contain no animal by-products. Safe for infants and babies.
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
